The short version
- Priority Nails is a tool for running your nail business. Your services and your clients are yours.
- Each nail tech sets their own prices, policies, and deposits, and is responsible for them.
- Payments go straight between clients and nail techs. We don’t hold or process money.
- Don’t misuse the app, and you can delete your account anytime.
Agreeing to these terms
By using the Priority Nails app or website, you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use Priority Nails.
Nail tech accounts
- You must be at least 18 to create an account.
- Give accurate information and keep your password private. You’re responsible for your account.
- You’re responsible for your services, prices, booking policies, deposits, and any licenses or taxes your business needs. The tax tools are estimates, not tax advice.
- Only add clients’ information you’re allowed to have, and use it only for their appointments.
Booking with a nail tech
When you book through a nail tech’s link, your appointment is with that nail tech, not with Priority Nails. Their policies (like deposits, late fees, and cancellations) are set by them and shown before you book. Questions about an appointment or refund go to your nail tech.
Payments
Priority Nails doesn’t process or hold payments. Payments made through Venmo, Cash App, PayPal, Apple Cash, or in person are between the client and the nail tech and follow those services’ terms.
Priority Nails is free right now. If we add paid plans, we’ll tell you the price before you’re ever charged.
Text reminders
Clients who check “Text me appointment reminders” when booking get up to 3 reminder texts per appointment from Priority Nails. Message and data rates may apply, and how often depends on how often you book. Reply STOP to stop, or HELP for help. Carriers aren’t responsible for delayed or undelivered texts. Text reminders are part of the Premium plan for nail techs.
Things you can’t do
- Break the law or use Priority Nails to harass, scam, or spam anyone.
- Upload photos or content you don’t have the right to share, or that’s offensive.
- Try to get into other people’s accounts or interfere with how the app works.
We may suspend or close accounts that do these things.
Your content
The photos, services, and information you add stay yours. You let us store and show them only so the app works (for example, showing your service photos on your booking page).
Ending your account
You can delete your account anytime in the app under Settings → Delete account. This deletes your business and everything in it right away, and your booking link stops working.
No guarantees
We work hard to keep Priority Nails running and accurate, but it’s provided “as is.” We can’t promise it will always be available or free of mistakes. To the extent the law allows, Priority Nails isn’t responsible for missed appointments, lost income, or other indirect losses from using the app.
Changes
We may update these terms. We’ll change the date at the top, and tell nail techs about big changes in the app or by email. Using Priority Nails after a change means you accept the new terms.
